On Sunday night, an employee at the US Department of Justice was arrested after allegedly throwing a Subway sandwich at a US Customs and Border Protection employee in Washington, D.C. The suspect was identified as Sean Charles Dunn, 37.

The alleged incident was captured on video and posted online by FBI Director Kash Patel. The video allegedly showed Dunn appearing “agitated” before denouncing the federal officer as a “fascist” and launching the sandwich at his chest and darting away, according to CNBC. The video also allegedly showed several officers taking off after Dunn following the alleged assault.

Dunn was fired in light of the situation. Attorney General Pam Bondi said on social media: “I just learned that this defendant worked at the Department of Justice — NO LONGER. This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement.”

The investigation is ongoing.
