GrowHo announces rural tech platform to empower Grampanchayats and youth

Pune, India — Grow Horizon Opportunities Pvt. Ltd. (GrowHo), a Pune-based technology and consulting firm, has announced the launch of a new digital platform aimed at solving technical challenges faced by Grampanchayats across India. The initiative, led by founder and Managing Director Sachin Birhade , Vice President Satish Muppineti, is designed to support local governance and create employment opportunities for rural youth.
The platform, which is expected to go live in the coming weeks, will offer tools for digitizing records, managing schemes, and streamlining administrative workflows at the village level. It aligns with the vision of Digital Bharat and reflects the governance principles advocated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, focusing on transparency, efficiency, and inclusive development.
GrowHo estimates that the platform will generate over 10,000 jobs for young professionals, particularly in underserved regions. The company has also announced training programs to equip local talent with the skills needed to operate and maintain the system.
Pilot deployments are underway in select districts of Maharashtra, with plans to expand nationally in phases. The platform is expected to serve as a scalable model for rural digitization and decentralized service delivery.
