A man was intensively shot by Trooper (police rank) in Pennsylvania, on Sunday evening, October 5, 2025, after he set fire to his home and fired a shotgun at officers from a roof. Around 5:00 p.m. officers were sent to a home for a reported physical assault. Upon arrival, the suspect had barricaded himself inside the home and intentionally started a fire.
The officers that were involved have been put on administrative leave, and an official investigation is underway.
