Business Awards UK published the results of its 2026 Pet and Animal Care Awards on March 11, naming PawChamp winner of the “Best Pet Care Startup” category. The result was published on the organiser’s website and also appeared in a press release distributed by EIN Presswire.

A separate winners feature published by Business Awards UK described PawChamp as a platform intended to help pet owners make “confident, informed decisions about training and behaviour” and said the service combines structured learning programmes, expert guidance and AI-assisted support. The same article listed Six Acres Luxury Dog Boarding Ltd as finalist in the Best Pet Care Startup category.

Business Awards UK says its Pet and Animal Care Awards recognise organisations and professionals working across areas including veterinary services, training, pet technology, rehabilitation, boarding and retail. On its awards page, the organiser says the programme honours businesses and professionals who “go above and beyond for pets and their owners”.

PawChamp is marketed as a dog training and care app. On its Product Hunt listing, the service is described as a “Dog Training and Care Companion” combining an AI assistant called Pawchie with 24/7 access to dog experts. The company’s Google Play listing describes the app as a “modern, personalized dog training app” offering daily step-by-step plans, video lessons, quizzes, progress tracking and support for issues such as leash pulling, barking and separation anxiety.

Lifestyle publication Impact Wealth also covered the award in an article headlined “PawChamp Wins Best Pet Care Startup 2026”. That article described PawChamp as a digital dog-training service combining expert-led video lessons with a 24/7 AI companion and said the company reported that 86% of users who followed their plans noticed obedience improvements.

PawChamp had previously appeared on Product Hunt in October 2025. Analytics site AIToolly listed the app first among 29 products launched on October 26, 2025.
