Basically GT Vinothkumar is From a rural village called Peraiyur in Ramanathapuram District. He did all his schoolings till 5th standard at Government school Peraiyur. He became top most FIAT car seller in Tamilnadu. During his Automobile career he did enormous amount of training. Then he left Chennai and joined another TATA dealer at Madurai. Then Become POLO champion (Team Head) at Trichy VW. After a few year of experience he become Manager in a TATA exclusive UV dealer Namakkal. With his Extensive performance become GM of same group of companies but in Nissan Ratios.
