Police and Civilians work together on awareness of PLAYBOYS13 Surenos (PBS13) Rising in Montgomery County Tennessee, Law Enforcement has already identified 4 known members: Fernando Rodrigues, also known as Big F, a 34 year old male sitting on murder charges in the federal penitentiary. Jamie Lee Ratledge, Jamie Ratledge, also known as Blanco or Blanco Sombre is a 17 year old male gang member and rapper on YouTube (@LilSombreMusic). Wyatt Garcias, also known as Smokey, age 19 male, currently released with an active warrant from an aggravated assault investigation. Juan Lopez, also known as Speedy, a 22 year old male, known for trading and selling firearms and drug paraphernalia. These 4 members are actively monitored by Probation Officers, Prison Systems, and Gang Units. We understand, as a nation, the fear of rising criminal organizations such as street gangs and cartels, we are working actively 24/7 to provide safety and moderation on such members and gangs while being mindful of their first admendment rights. We understand the use of the bandanas and signs, however these legally are NOT a crime, as they fall under the freedom of speech and freedom of symbolic speech, written off by the US Supreme Courts.
