A Trump administration lawsuit was thrown out by a federal judge on Tuesday. It was brought earlier this year for all the 15 federal judges in Maryland. The Trump administration wants the Justice Department to stop the courts power in moving quickly immigration cases.
Judge Thomas Cullen wrote a 39 page decision over the case. The judge didn’t have the authority that the administration of Trump for him to quickly block the Maryland judges if sued.
